Ryan has worked for two seasons as the Creative Director for the international talent competition show Pequeños Gigantes which airs on the networks Televisa & Univision. While creative directing this show, Ryan produced and created show stopping performances working with the camera department, the Lighting department, the production department, the art department, the wardrobe department, the hair & make-Up department  & the choreography department unifying each act.  Ryan also had the pleasure of working with artists such as Prince Royce, Miguel Bose, Karol Sevilla, Yuri, Lucero, Paulina Rubio, Bronco, Rio Roma, Maria Leon, Albertano & Edwin Luna y La Trakalosas de Monterrey.
